The management controls well the raw materials being used as to offer gourmet food to our customers.

  • The fruits, vegetables and eggs are all grown and produced in our ecologically-friendly family-run farm.  This gives assurance that our products are fresh and of high-quality.
  • Our meats are all 100% fresh, mostly coming from Spain, Uruguay, Argentina, Ireland, Brazil and Denmark.
  • The fresh fishes are caught along the coasts of Lanzarote,  Iberica Peninsula, Norway and Mauritania
